Pancake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon Jaggery
  • 1 egg
  • oil for frying

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, sift the flour. add egg, salt, jaggery, add water and mix until smooth. Make sure the batter is not too thin and thick.
  • Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
