Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon Jaggery
- 1 egg
- oil for frying
Preparation
- In a large bowl, sift the flour. add egg, salt, jaggery, add water and mix until smooth. Make sure the batter is not too thin and thick.
- Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
