Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cupliced mushroom
  • 1 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 1/2 cup carrot
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 pack cream of chicken soup
  • milk

For topping

  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup milk

Preparation

  • Put chicken, mushroom, vegetables, salt and pepper in a casserole.
  • Add soup and stir, add milk little at a time until desired consistency is reached
  • For the topping mix vegetable oil, biscuit mix and milk, stir until smooth
  • Pour batter over top of casserole
  • Bake for 45 minutes at 190 deg C.
  • Cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving
