Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 cupliced mushroom
- 1 1/2 cup peas
- 1 1/2 cup carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 pack cream of chicken soup
- milk
For topping
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup milk
Preparation
- Put chicken, mushroom, vegetables, salt and pepper in a casserole.
- Add soup and stir, add milk little at a time until desired consistency is reached
- For the topping mix vegetable oil, biscuit mix and milk, stir until smooth
- Pour batter over top of casserole
- Bake for 45 minutes at 190 deg C.
- Cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving
