Ingredients
- 1kg Chicken legs with skin
- 100 ml oil
- 1 lime
- 100 gms potato wedges
- 100 gms tomato wedges
Cafreal Masala Paste
- 100 mlToddy vinegar
- 50 gms ginger
- 30 gms garlic
- 15 gms cumin seeds
- 10 gms corriander seeds
- 50 gms green chillis
- 5 gms turmeric
- salt to taste
- 200 gms green corriander
- 5 gms black cardamon
- 5 gms cinnamon
- 8 gms saunf
- 5 gms cloves
- 5 gms black pepper
Preparation
- Mix all masala ingredients and make cafreal masala paste.
- Apply lime juice, salt and cafreal masala paste for chicken n keep aside for 2 hours
- Put oil in a pan and roast the chicken
- Serve chicken alone with potatoes and tomato wedges
