Mushroom Chilli Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 large sized onions (slit lenght wise)
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 dessert full mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • oil
  • freash corriander

Preparation

  • Heat oil and fry onions, capsicum and tomato.
  • add tomato sauce, garam masala powder, jeera powder.
  • close the lid and cook for 3-4 mins
  • Add salt, deep fried vertically slit mushrooms and turmeric powder.
  • Mix well and set for 2-3mins. Garnish with fresh corriander.
