Ingredients
- 2 large sized onions (slit lenght wise)
- 1 capsicum
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp jeera powder
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 dessert full mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- oil
- freash corriander
Preparation
- Heat oil and fry onions, capsicum and tomato.
- add tomato sauce, garam masala powder, jeera powder.
- close the lid and cook for 3-4 mins
- Add salt, deep fried vertically slit mushrooms and turmeric powder.
- Mix well and set for 2-3mins. Garnish with fresh corriander.
