Ingredients
- 250 gms crumbled Marie biscuits
- 10 tbsp coco powder or slab of cooking chocolate
- 2 cups milk
- sugar to taste
- handful of raisins, walnuts & cashewnuts (chopped and toasted)
Preparation
- Mix the crumbled biscuits, coco or cooking chocolate, milk, sugar, raisins and nuts in a pan.
- Cook this mixture over a double boiler.
- when cooked allow to cool slightly.
- Shape into eggs and allow to dry.
- Wrap the eggs in colourful sliver paper.
