Ingredients
- 2 cup prawns
- 500 grms pumpkin (cut into cubes)
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- salt to taste
Grind to a paste
- 6-8 red dry chillis (adjust as per your taste)
- 1 onion (fried)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- small ball of tamrind
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds (fried)
- 5 cloves garlic (fried)
- 1 coconut grated (fried)
Preparation
- In a pan boil the pumpkin and prawns with sufficient water and salt to taste.
- When cooked add the ground masala and simmer til it comes to a boil.
- Fry the mustard eeds in a little oil and when they start to splutter add to the curry.
- Stir well and remove pan from fire. Serve hot with rice or roti.
